“I’m tired of this.”
Kurt stops his conversation with Rachel and looks at Blaine who is now staring at him with what looks like hurt and anger shining in his eyes. He looks at Blaine with curiousity. “Blaine, what are you-“
“You talking about going to New York and what your plans are with everyone but me. We haven’t had a conversation about it yet and you talking to Rachel and god knows who else about it is beginning to upset me. It’s like you forgot that I’m a junior and you’re graduating at the end of the semester,” Blaine says.
Kurt crosses his legs and his lips purse. “We’ve never had the time,” he replies, shifting uncomfortably in his seat as the other members turn in their chairs to look at him. “Whenever we’re alone we’re doing homework or..” Kurt licks his lips and feels his face burn as he blushes.
Blaine’s hands drop to his side and he shakes his head. “I’m going to be here by myself next year, Kurt. I’ve supported you through all this NYADA craziness and I’ll continue to do just that. But I need to know that at some point we’re going to talk about us and how we’re going to make it through a year of being apart,” Blaine takes a deep breath, his eyes closing before he exhales. “I need to know if you even want to make the effort to try and stay together for that year.”
“I..” Kurt clenches his jaw. His heart aches and as much as he wants to have this conversation with Blaine, doing it in front of all of Glee club is not what he had in mind. “Can we talk about this later?”
Blaine’s face falls into a look of complete disappointment. “You know where I’ll be,” he says simply before he turns and walks out of the room.
